RAPID offers separate work spaces so that you can view the results of monitoring, work, share, search and manage your monitoring platform.


	Monitoring space Browse the results of your patent or literature monitoring as well as information entered by your colleagues using the Forum module.		Shared space Assemble files made up of the results of your monitoring and documents collected by you and share them with colleagues.


	Personal collection Give your colleagues a personal work space where they can add documents.		Search engine Use the database created from the results of your monitoring. Create personal profiles that you can re-run on demand.


	Configurable interface Language, items displayed, features or even tree structure: you can set up a customised environment for everyone you work with.		Inpadoc monitoring Automatically receive e-mail alerts when the legal status of a patent family is updated. Configurable event triggers.

2. Modular architecture

RAPID combines monitoring modules - for patents, publications and news (Forum) - in a single platform. Each module draws from multiple data sources to generate a dashboard with all your critical information: patents, scientific publications, technical and economic information, bulletins, etc.

3. A classification designed for your needs.

Sort your monitoring results according to your own personal arrangement. Unlimited numbers or levels of topics and sub-topics can be defined. A specific classification arrangement may be used for each monitoring module.

4. Essential features

RAPID includes a set of features that you will soon find you cannot do without. They are easy to use and allow you to make best use of and enhance your monitoring.


	Export After selecting all the relevant documents, RAPID allows you to export them in Word, PDF, Excel or XML format with a single click.		Configurable display It does not matter if you do not have ADSL or your screen is very small, RAPID’s interface can be adjusted for optimum legibility.


	Highlighting Use the highlighting function to enable key words to be read more quickly. Works for all types of display (except PDFs).		Annotations Enhance your database with feedback and attachments from experts.


	Categorisation Correct information classification before publishing monitoring bulletins.		User rights Define rights profiles, in terms of both features and display, and create a working environment designed for everyone.
